“The holder of the professional card bearing the mention ‘Transactions on real estate and business assets’ may not negotiate or commit with respect to the operations specified in Article 1 (paragraphs 1 to 5) of the aforementioned law of January 2, 1970 without first holding a written mandate issued for this purpose by one of the parties.”
